Goku wins because in that form nappa attacks are slower than before so goku has to do a solar flare and charge up a spirit bomb.

The battle could only go one of two ways.

Outcome 1: Goku uses a solar flare to blind Oozaru Nappa and while he's still blinded, cuts off his tail with a ki blast

Outcome 2: Nappa just crushes the life out of Goku considering his power before 6,000 will be at 60,000

Of the two outcomes, I think #2 is more likely

I'm not saying they get slower; I'm saying they can be blinded by solar flare. Vegeta's stronger than Nappa and he was blinded by solar flare in oozaru form

Nappa is at about 70,000 in oozaru,Goku can't really do anything to him,he'd kill himself if he tried kaioken even harder,and Nappa is fast enough to evade Goku's tries of chopping Nappa's tail off
